Privacy Policy
Subvise is privacy-first. This website works without accounts, tracking, ads or cookies. Below we explain which data is unavoidably processed when you visit this website and how we handle it.
1. Controller
Portionscore UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Full details can be found in our Imprint.
2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the site, Vercel, acting as a processor, processes technically necessary access data in server log files, in particular:
- the (shortened or full) IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- the file / URL requested and the amount of data transferred,
- browser type and operating system (user agent), referrer URL.
This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functional, secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel (Art. 28 GDPR); for the transfer to the USA, Vercel relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Log data is stored only briefly to detect and prevent faults and misuse, and is then deleted.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We do not use cookies, no analytics, reach-measurement or tracking tools, and no advertising. There is no profiling and no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes. Fonts, scripts and images are loaded exclusively from our own server — there are no connections to third parties (e.g. no Google Fonts from Google’s servers, no third-party CDN) when the page loads.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, content) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. The Subvise app
The Subvise iOS app is strictly on-device: there is no user account, no login and no bank access. Your subscription data stays on your iPhone and — if you enable it — syncs only through your own private Apple iCloud. We do not collect, store or transmit any of this data to us or to third parties (App Store privacy label: “Data Not Collected”). iCloud sync is governed by Apple’s privacy terms.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21) to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW).
7. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version published here applies.
This is an English translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.
